Hello, I’m Bénédicte but everyone calls me Didou. 

I’m 44 years old and I’m passionate about sport, healthy living and the mountains. 

I regularly practice cycling, mountain biking, skiing, ski touring, mountaineering, climbing, boxing, running and I fell in love with pole dancing 5 years ago. It’s hard to believe that I wasn’t athletic at all for the first 35 years of my life! But I like to think that it’s never too late, that anything is possible…. I like to challenge myself, to get out of my comfort zone, to progress! 

I feel particularly at home in nature, which attracts and refreshes me so much.
