Once your order has been delivered to your home we accept returns (of unworn items) for 14 days, simply email us at daphne@moov360.com and we will send you the address to which to return it at your expense. If you bought your product during an offer, which you would have benefited from, we will ask you to return the whole package (including the gift received).
1. Send us an e-mail with the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Prepare your parcel, taking care to protect it in the packaging.
4. Then stick your return label on your parcel at your expense.
5. Go to the post office to drop off your parcel.
If you wish to return and request a refund for an order of a product with a gift, we will unfortunately ask you to return the gift as well. We are still young and unfortunately cannot afford to leave it with you yet.
Refunds are made upon receipt of your package and after verification of its good condition.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account linked to the payment method used for the order within a few days, depending on your banking institution.
