Once your order has been delivered to your home, we accept returns (of unworn items) for 14 days. Simply write to us at daphne@moov360.com and we’ll send you the address to which you can return it. If you have purchased your product during an offer from which you have benefited, we will ask you to return the entire package (including the gift received).

1. Send us an e-mail with the reason for return.
2. We send you the return address.
3. Prepare your parcel, taking care to protect it in its packaging.
4. Then stick your own return label on your parcel.
5. Go to the post office to drop off your parcel.

If you wish to return a product with a gift and request a refund, we will unfortunately ask you to return the gift as well. We’re still young, and unfortunately can’t afford to leave it to you just yet.

Refunds are made on receipt of your parcel and after checking that it is in good condition.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account linked to the payment method used for the order within a few days, depending on your banking institution.
