Delivery
Delivered in a 100% recycled paper envelope.
- When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your invoice and an email with your tracking information.
- To track the progress of your order, we invite you to visit the website of our partner BPost.
- You will receive your order within an estimated time of 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after shipment for Belgium.
Please note that anyone present at your address will be able to collect your parcel but it is not possible to deliver it to another address.
The delivery note must, where applicable, be signed by the buyer who must check, upon receipt, the conformity and the state of packaging of the product. Any damaged product must be refused and any reservation must be immediately recorded on the delivery slip and transmitted to the carrier and to MOOV360 SRL by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three clear days. Where the buyer is a consumer, has personally taken delivery of the items transported and the carrier does not justify having given him the opportunity to effectively check their good condition, this period shall be extended to 10 days.
In case of absence, you will receive an email notification inviting you to collect your order from the collection point.

Delivery charges and areas:
Shipping costs for all orders range from 5 to 12 euros for : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Additional charges will apply for the UK and delivery times cannot be guaranteed to the UK.

Returns and refunds
Return conditions
Before ordering, if you have any doubts about the product or the size to choose, write to us at daphne@moov360.com, we are here to advise you!
Before proceeding with a return we invite you to check that you meet the following conditions:
- You received your order less than 14 days ago.
- Your product has not been worn.
- Your product is still in its original packaging.
If you find that one of your products has a defect or has arrived damaged, please follow the returns process below.
Return process
Once your order has been delivered to your home we accept returns (of unworn items) for 14 days, simply email us at daphne@moov360.com and we will send you the address to which to return it at your expense. If you bought your product during an offer, which you would have benefited from, we will ask you to return the whole package (including the gift received).
- Send us an e-mail with the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return address.
- Prepare your parcel, taking care to protect it in the packaging.
- Then stick your return label on your parcel at your expense.
- Go to the post office to drop off your parcel.
If in doubt, please contact our customer service department so that they can assist you in the return process.
Refunds
Refunds are made upon receipt of your package and after verification of its good condition.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account linked to the payment method used for the order within a few days, depending on your banking institution.
CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been confirmed, we invite you to contact us to assist you in this process. Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order after it has been shipped.
It is not possible for us to exchange products on our site. In this case you will have to follow the returns procedure and place a new order.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, you can follow the return procedure by stating the corresponding reason in order to receive a new copy of the product.
