The eco-friendly shoe bag is the perfect accessory to match your sports bag.

This eco-friendly shoe bag is useful for storing your shoes or other treasures to be integrated separately into your sports bag.

Each bag is a unique creation, made from ECONYL® fabric scraps from our MOOV360 designs. These fabric scraps are sewn onto a black cotton canvas and decorated with a gray drawstring closure.

We have chosen to work with a social reintegration workshop in Belgium to manufacture our products. This means that when you buy our shoe bag, you’re not only supporting an ethical, quality product, you’re also contributing to a positive social impact. Manufacturing quality and respect for the environment are important to us, and we’re proud to share them with our customers.

  1. When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your invoice, as well as an email with your tracking information.
  3. To track the progress of your order, please visit the website of our partner BPost.
  4. You will receive your order within an estimated 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after dispatch for Belgium.

We inform you that anyone present at your address will be able to collect your parcel, but that it is not possible to deliver it to another address.

Where applicable, the delivery note must be signed by the purchaser, who must check the conformity and condition of the product packaging on receipt. Any damaged product must be refused and any reservations must be immediately recorded on the delivery slip and sent to the carrier and to MOOV360 SRL by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three clear days. If the purchaser is a consumer, has personally taken delivery of the goods and the carrier cannot prove that he was given the opportunity to check that they were in good condition, this period is extended to 10 days.

In the event of absence, you will receive an email notification inviting you to collect your order from a collection point.


Delivery charges and zones

Shipping costs for all orders range from 5 to 12 euros for : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Additional charges will apply for the United Kingdom and delivery times cannot be guaranteed to this country.

Return conditions

Before ordering, if you have any doubts about the product or size to choose, write to us at We’re here to advise you!

Before proceeding with a return, we invite you to check that you meet the following conditions:

  • You received your order less than 14 days ago.
  • Your product has not been worn.
  • Your product is still in its original packaging.

If you find that one of your products is faulty or has arrived damaged, please follow the returns process below.

Return process

Once your order has been delivered to your home, we accept returns (of unworn items) for 14 days. Simply write to us at and we’ll send you the address to which you can return it. If you have purchased your product during an offer from which you have benefited, we will ask you to return the entire package (including the gift received).

  1. Send us an e-mail with the reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you the return address.
  3. Prepare your parcel, taking care to protect it in its packaging.
  4. Then stick your own return label on your parcel.
  5. Go to the post office to drop off your parcel.

If in doubt, please contact our customer service department so that they can help you with the return process.


Refunds are made on receipt of your parcel and after checking that it is in good condition.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account linked to the payment method used for the order within a few days, depending on your banking institution.


If you wish to cancel your order after validating your payment, we invite you to contact us to assist you in this process. Please note, however, that it is no longer possible to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

It is not possible to exchange products on our site. In this case, you must follow the returns procedure and place a new order.

In the case of a defective or damaged product, you can follow the returns procedure, stating the corresponding reason, to receive a new copy of the product.
