Anouk Doore: Boost Body Mind
Anouk has a passion for fitness and wellness. As a NASM-certified and EXOS-trained Physical & Personal Trainer, she is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and cultivate a healthy, balanced life.
Anouk launched "Boost Body Mind," a platform for athletic excellence and well-being. Using her experience and skills, she offers personalized support, focusing on mental and physical strengthening. Her background includes training in Natural Posture Running, running technique analysis, and participation in workshops and conferences.
Anouk has many sporting achievements, with races such as the TDS, the CCC, the Trail des Fantômes, and the OHM-trail. In ski mountaineering, she finished 5th in the Grande Course and won Belgian championship titles.
Anouk guides her clients to success in their athletic and personal challenges. Her comprehensive program, including physical activity, mindset, nutrition, and recovery, builds mental and physical strength, reduces the risk of illness, and prevents burnout. Hélène Allard: Run for Fit
Passionate about sports and well-being, Hélène started coaching four years ago. She has completed training in sports coaching and has specialized in running, notably through NASM, ADEPS, and the Clinique du Coureur.
At the same time, she founded Run For Fit, an initiative aimed at helping others achieve their best through sport, particularly running.
A lawyer by training, she quickly realized that her true passion lay in sports coaching. Since then, she has devoted all her energy to motivating and training a wide audience, whether in business, private coaching, or group coaching.
Every day, she is driven by the enthusiasm to guide her clients towards their goals, whether in the green parks of Brussels or in the great outdoors. Nicolas d'Harveng: Start Today
Nicolas is a top-level duathlete, with two World Championship appearances and an impressive national record including several podium finishes. He also excels in triathlon, having achieved a remarkable time at the 2014 IRONMAN Barcelona, completing the race in just 9 hours and 1 minute.
In addition to his sporting achievements, Nicolas is the Belgian Run and Bike Champion. With a university degree in physical preparation obtained in Lille and Adeps diplomas in athletics and triathlon training, he has over 16 years of experience in the fields of physical preparation, personal training, and coaching.
Nicolas shares his expertise as an instructor for the UDA (Université Des Ainés) and manages customized training programs for runners, trail runners, and triathletes.
