Right of Withdrawal


The Consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This right allows the Consumer to terminate the Sales Contract within fourteen (14) days following delivery if they are not satisfied with the Product. No justification or penalty is required. However, Moov360 SRL invites Consumers to provide feedback to help improve its services. From the moment you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you have fourteen (14) days to return the package.


If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal conditions, Moov360 SRL will refund the amount actually paid for the Product within thirty (30) calendar days. This rule also applies to orders placed as part of promotional offers. The Consumer will receive a voucher equal to the value of the original order, excluding return shipping costs. The Consumer always has the right to refuse the voucher and request a full refund. In that case, the Consumer will receive a refund equivalent to the total order value, excluding return shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.


No additional fees will be charged for the refund.


The Consumer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal for goods that are made according to the Consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.


Please note that you can only exercise your right of withdrawal under the Belgian Code of Economic Law if you formally notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order. The withdrawal notice must be sent by email to daphne@moov360.com.


You then have fourteen (14) days to return the package. Please follow the steps outlined in our delivery and returns policy for further instructions.


Your right of withdrawal applies only to items returned in the same condition as received. No refund will be given for items that have been used after opening, are not in the same condition as at delivery, or have been damaged. Please take care of the item(s) in your possession. Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with instructions and any accompanying documents.


The Consumer is responsible for any depreciation of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Moov360 SRL may charge the Consumer for depreciation costs on a proportional basis, but only after having refunded the initial purchase price.


The Consumer must return the Product using a secure method to ensure it arrives in good condition. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment, as you are responsible for the condition of the items and will be liable for any damage until they reach our warehouse. In case of dispute, it is also recommended to keep proof of shipment.
