Can I return a product purchased from your e-shop?
Once your order has been delivered to your home, we accept returns (of unworn items) for 14 days. Simply write to us at daphne@moov360.com and we will send you the address to return it at your expense. If you purchased your product during an offer, from which you benefited, we will ask you to return the entire package (including the gift received).
1. Send us an email with the reason for return.
2. We send you the return address.
3. Prepare your package, taking care to protect it in the packaging.
4. Then stick your return label on your package at your expense.
5. Go to the post office to drop off your package.
What if I want to return a promotional gift?
If you wish to return and request a refund for a product order with a gift, we will unfortunately ask you to also return the gift in question. We are still young and unfortunately cannot afford to leave it with you yet.
If I return a product to you, when and how will I be refunded?
Refunds are made upon receipt of your package and after verification of its good condition.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to view your refund directly in your bank account linked to the payment method used when ordering within a few days, depending on your bank.
Is it possible to repair my garment?
We extend the life of your clothes by offering you a repair service , tailor-made and where possible, 2 years after purchase.
Only the shipping costs remain your responsibility.
