New Year's Detox: Chicken Broth
Nutritious, comforting and remineralizing, chicken broth is a powerful ally for our body.
It is rich in amino acids that the body needs for muscle mass as well as bone building and repair. Therefore, people with high protein needs such as athletes, pregnant women or convalescents particularly appreciate it.
It also has a high concentration of vitamin B. It is also a mineral bomb (calcium, magnesium, silicon and phosphorus).
By simmering for a long time, the bone demineralizes and releases all the minerals into the broth. This effect will be potentiated by adding cider vinegar during cooking.
Here are some of its many benefits:
– Which has the role of regenerating the intestinal wall and repairing intestinal permeability.
– The collagen in the broth allows our tissues to develop and regulate themselves
– Powerful anti-inflammatory
– Liver detoxifier
– Strengthens joints and bones
– Protection against muscle cramps and oxidative stress
