RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to return your purchase for a refund, free of charge*.
Returned item(s) must be new, with their original tags, and in perfectly intact original packaging.
In case of an exchange, please notify us when submitting your request.
*only in Belgium and France.
FROM BELGIUM AND FRANCE
Return costs are covered by MOOV360 once. A second return for the same order will be deducted from your refund (€5).
Your prepaid return label will then be immediately available.
To request a return, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request. After approval by our team, you will receive your shipping label by email.
Simply drop off your prepaid parcel at an approved collection point.
FROM EUROPE
Return costs are at your expense.
The process remains the same. The return fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD
Log into your customer account (“MY ACCOUNT”).
On the line corresponding to your order, click on the “Details” button (or directly on your order if the button does not appear).
Select the products you wish to return, then click on “Generate a return”.
Your request will be approved by our customer service team within 24 hours, after which you will be able to ship back the items.
