Start-of-year detox: chicken broth
Nutritious, comforting and remineralizing, chicken broth is a powerful ally for our bodies.
it is rich in the amino acids the body needs for muscle mass and bone construction and repair. As a result, it is particularly appreciated by people with high protein requirements, such as athletes, pregnant women and convalescents.
It also has a high concentration of vitamin B. It’s also a mineral bomb (calcium, magnesium, silicon and phosphorus).
By simmering for a long time, the bone demineralizes and releases all the minerals into the broth. This effect is enhanced by the addition of cider vinegar during cooking.
Here are some of its many benefits :
– This regenerates the intestinal wall and repairs intestinal permeability.
– The collagen in broth Collagen enables our tissues to develop and regulate themselves.
– Powerful anti-inflammatory
– Liver detoxifier
– Strengthens joints and bones
– Protection against muscle cramps and oxidative stress
